We had an outstanding experience at Jones Hall for the Performing Arts. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The ticket counter staff was welcoming and efficient, setting the tone right away. At the door, we were greeted with a great attitude that made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We took our son to see Blue Man Group, and it was the right choice. The performance was engaging, creative, and genuinely intriguing to watch from start to finish. It held his attention the entire time, which says a lot, and made the night feel like more than just a show—it was an experience. Inside the venue, everything was clean and well-maintained. The bartenders were excellent—quick, friendly, and clearly experienced, even with a busy crowd. The only area that could use some improvement is the Coffee Bean shop, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What stood out most was how easy it was to leave once the show ended. That says everything. It was one of those nights where everything just worked—the staff, the environment, and the performance all came together. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

We just went to the JAWS anniversary event and it was wonderful! The sound was great and the view from our seats all the way in the back was still very good! My only complaint was how hot it was. It felt like hardly any air circulation, so it was a bit stuffy. Definitely grab a program to fan yourself with, otherwise, a great experience.
